He is survived by: his parent Gladys Russell (O'Neil); his child Glenn Russell Jr.; his wife Pauline of Warren; his grandchildren, Scott Jr., Sarah, Samantha, Joseph, Emma, Patricia, Sophia, Emily, Matthew and Caitlin Russell; his sister Carole Maynard of Glastonbury, CT; and also, Keith Russell (Mary-Ellen) of East Greenwich and Sherry Izzi (David) of Cranston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
