He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francisco Santos and Gertrude Dos Santos; his daughters, Maria Torres (Enoc) of Manville and Suzelle Santos-Wagner (Brandon) of West Hartford, Connecticut; his grandchildren, Christopher and Kristen Torres; and his siblings, Marcelino Dos Santos of Angola, Alice Santos Britto of Rhode Island, Elvira Santos Dias of Rhode Island, Celestino Dos Santos of Rhode Island, Atanasio Dos Santos of Rhode Island, Matilda Santos of Rhode Island and Domingos Dos Santos of Rhode Island. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
