She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Cipriano and Gloria Cipriano (Valvo); and her nephew Gregory Allen Rees. She is survived by: her sisters, Ann Rees (Bill) and Kim Saugy (John); her nieces and nephews, Jeffrey (Regina), Peter Rees, John and Kyle Saugy; her aunt Dot; and her cousin Albert Cipriano (Pat).

In lieu of flowers, those who wish may contribute in Maria's name to Edward Clark Senior Center "Plus" Program, 1210 Charles Street,.
