It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Solitro Jr. (Cranston, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Francesca (Ceglia); and his brother Pasquale Solitro. He is survived by: his wife Gloria (Menna); his children, Francesca Solitro (David Demuth) of Johnston, Paula Arlia (Sam) of Cranston, Elena Pennacchini (Edward) of Cranston, Michelle Solitro-Fitzgerald (Michael) of Johnston, Michael Solitro III (Christine) of Cranston and Diane Solitro of Cranston; and his siblings, Dolly Rossi of Cranston, George Solitro, Lawrence Solitro and Armando Solitro. He is also survived by six children, eleven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
