She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter O'Brien and Geraldine O'Brien (Knapp); and her brother Timothy O'Brien (Maureen) of West Warwick. She is survived by: her children, Kira E. Mazzie of Watertown, MA, Rebecca A. Ansaldi (Richard) of Narragansett and Samantha M. Mazzie (Nicholas Brown) of North Providence; her grandchildren, Zachery, Elijah, Braden and Cooper; and her siblings, Michaela Raff (Barry), Erin Maynard (Lionel) of West Warwick and Patrick O'Brien (Mary). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
