He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald S. Prosser, Sr. and Constance Prosser (Patton); and his brother Gregory Prosser. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Prosser (DeNoncour); his children, Annette Jordan, Cheryl Prosser Jones, Naomi Romero, Edward Prosser, Araidna Mazzola and Brenda McCallum; and his siblings, Donald, Christian Prosser, Constance Diaz and Joyce Hopkins. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
