He is survived by: his spouse Kim Soo Tow (Chin); his sibling Edna Lum; his children, Henry Tow, Loni Hooper (Tow), Arthur Tow (Helen) and Roger Tow (Mary); his grandchildren, Phillip Tow (Yanna), Amanda Tow, Christine Hooper, Erica Tow Whitmire, William Hooper, Jason Tow and Cory Tow; and his great grandchildren, Emily Tow and Cody Tow.
