He was predeceased by: his parent Harry Tougas; and his sibling Daniel B. Tougas. He is survived by: his parent Bernice Tougas (Hazard) of Cranston; his children, Colleen C. Bouchard (Bryan) of Harrisville, Brittney N. Tougas of Cranston, Roxanne Cahoon of Westerly, Jessica Petro (Matthew) of West Warwick and Charlene Medeiros (Timothy) of Gales Ferry, CT; his siblings, Harry J. Tougas of Cranston, Richard G. Tougas (April) of Providence, Carol A. Wright (Michael) of Johnston and Steven P. Tougas; and also Richard G. Tougas, Jr. of Warwick.
