He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Jr; and his sibling Richard DiPaolo. He is survived by: his parent Eugenia DiPaolo, Jr. (Gasbarro); his daughters, Kristen Perrotta (John), Lynn Forlini and Laura Lee (Tim); his sisters, Evelyn Doherty and Claire Birkmier (George); his grandchildren, Damian Perrotta, Gian Perrotta, Jacqueline Forlini and Nicholas Forlini; and his significant other Milva Catallozzi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
