He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenic A. Archetto and Caroline Archetto (Lanni); and his sister Maria "Etta". He is survived by: his children, James Archetto (Tiffany), Stephanie Champlin (Blake) of Narragansett and Paul Archetto (Debra) of Scituate; his grandchildren, Ted, Peter, Mitchell, Victoria, Cassie, Matthew, Marissa, Sarah, Samantha and Nicholas; his great grandchild Mina; his sister Alice Capuano (Anthony) of Johnston; his stepchildren, Michael Terrano (Karen) of Jacksonville, FL and Joanne Valente (Anthony) of Cranston, RI.; and his brothers, Philip, Frank, Alfred and Michael Archetto.
