We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2025, James F. Queenan Jr. of Cumberland, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Queenan and Genevieve Queenan (McNall); and his brother Kenneth Queenan (Cheryl Queenan-Downes). He is survived by: his wife Denise Queenan (Hamel); his children, Stephen Queenan (Margaret Stookey-Queenan) and Pamela Barcello (Matthew Barcello); his grandchildren, Leo and Stella Barcello; his brother Keith Queenan (Laura Queenan); and his sister-in-law Diane Larue (Michael Larue). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
