He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr and Elizabeth Kelleher Sr. (Renaud); and his sibling Katherine Martel. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Kelleher of Woonsocket; and his siblings, Isabelle Gaudette of Cumberland, Edward Kelleher of Cumberland, Marie Glaude, Elaine Carrier and Raymond Kelleher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the RISPCA, 186 Amaral St, Riverside, RI 02915.
