He is survived by : his mother Herminia Tavares (Silva); his daughters, Abigail Tavares of Cumberland and Hannah Tavares of Cumberland; his siblings, Arnold Tavares (Filomena) of Seekonk and Hermano E. Tavares (Linda) of East Providence; his nieces, Laura Covello and Katie Tavares; and his nephew Erick Tavares.
