It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Hurder of Cumberland, Rhode Island, born in Norwood, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 3, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry R. Plumer Sr. and Patricia Plumer (Lane); and her brother Robert J. Plumer Sr.. She is survived by : her husband Fred A. Hurder; her sons, Fred A. Hurder, Jr. (Cassandra) of Cumberland and Craig P. Hurder (Margaret) of Cumberland; her grandchildren, Michael Hurder, Aidan, Ainsley, Abigail and Aaron Hurder of Cumberland; and her siblings, Henry R. Plumer (Patricia) of Fort Worth, TX, Walter W. Plumer of Chicago, IL, John O. Plumer, Sr. of Attleboro, MA and Michelle L. Magnuski (David).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Stoney Brook Wildlife Sanctuary or Drumlin Farm through Mass Audubon.
