She was predeceased by: her spouse Ovila J. Pelland; her parents, William Neil and Lillian Neil (Bowden); her child Tracy Pelland; and her sister Barbara Agnew.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey J. Pelland (Sheila) of Cumberland and Michael Merola of Cranston; and her brothers, Donald Neil of Pawtucket and William Neil of California. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
