He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dyl and Annette Dyl (Plante). He is survived by: his children, Sarah Ouellette of Cumberland and Daniel Ouellette of Cumberland; and his siblings, Catherine Dyl of Reading, MA, Walter Dyl Jr. of North Carolina, Dennis H. Ouellette of Burrillville and Carol Juchnick of Maine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
