With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Mae Welton of Cumberland, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 26, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Virginia Mae leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Kenneth Welton; her parents, Ernest P. Rosequist and Mary F. Rosequist (O'Brien); and her son Timothy Todd Welton. She is survived by: her son Scott D. Welton of Cumberland, RI; and her granddaughter Sara N. Welton of Cumberland.
