Gloria Louise Taylor Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2025, at the age of 98, Gloria Louise Taylor (East Greenwich, Rhode Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Johnson and Florence Johnson (Mahoney); her son Ernest D. Anderson; her grandmother Mimi' (Gigi'); her siblings, Robert E. Johnson, Bernard V. Johnson, Florence M. Schneider and Maria M. Arsenault; and her close friend William L. Bosco.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen G. Bourassa (Alfred Barnicoat), William W. Anderson (Judith Ann) and Gloria M. Rossiter-Masi (Michael). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 9:15 AM at the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mercy Church (65 3rd St, East Greenwich, RI 02818).
