He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphious Orbert Bixby and Margaret Flavia Breton; his siblings, Ernie Bixby and Maxine Bixby; and his former wife Carol Bixby.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Casler; his daughter Cynthia Susan (Cyndie); his stepchildren, Gail Kevin and Lynn Emette; his children, Cyndie Santopietro and Lon Casler Bixby; his stepchildren, Gail McSweeney and Lynn McSweeney; his grandchildren, Kevin McSweeney, Jordan McSweeney, Nicholas Mendillo and Gabriel Mendillo; and his brothers, Dave Bixby, Al Bixby and Danny Bixby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
