She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter D'Ambra and Civita D'Ambra; her husband Mario U. D'Onofrio; her children, Carol Ann Andreozzi and Ronald D'Onofrio; and her siblings, Michael D'Ambra, Marie Kilduff, Vincent D'Ambra, Anna Gaudioso, Joseph D'Ambra and Dorothy Nute.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Jeffrey Andreozzi (Sara) and Anthony Andreozzi Jr. (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Carolyn, Nicholas, Joseph, Gabriella, Anthony III, Lucca Andreozzi and Crystal Dansky; and her close friend Louie DeBiasio.
