It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Michael McGlynn of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, who passed away at the age of 88, on January 11, 2022. He was predeceased by : his wife Marie McGlynn (Dwyer); his siblings-in-law, John (Sean), Thomas L. Dwyer and Kathleen Martin (Dwyer); and his parents, Terance McGlynn and Lucy McGlynn (Dolan).

He is survived by : his sons, Kieran P. McGlynn (Karen) and Michael J. McGlynn (Amanda); his grandchildren, Caroline, Kieran, Declan, Gavin and Sean McGlynn; and his siblings-in-law, Rosemary M. Dwyer of North Providence, Barbara Dwyer of North Kingston, Patrick J. Dwyer of Warwick and Donald T. Martin of Glastonbury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, in addition to his extended family and close friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 9:00-10:00 am in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence, Street, West Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a. m. in Our Lady of Mercy Church, 65 Third Street, East Greenwich, to which relatives and friends are invited (FACE MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED).
