He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Celia Tougas (Mulvaney); his parent Edna Tougas; his siblings, Edna Therese Leddy and Richard Tougas; his daughters, Robin L. Holland (Chris), Karen M. Tougas, Kim Tougas, Babs Wells (Tim) and Michelle A. Leduc (Paul); his grandchildren, Spencer, Jessica, Sarah, Bob, Amanda, Drew, Tim, Alex, Paul and Remy; and his great grandchildren, Arwen, Chase, Miller, Cortland, Summer and Miles.
In lieu of flowers, donation to the West View Nursing Center Staff, who lovingly took care of Dad, will be greatly appreciated.
