We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2018, at the age of 65, Stephen Pelley (East Greenwich, Rhode Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Frank A.; and his sibling Frank A.. He is survived by: his parent Pelley, Jr.; his sister Carol A. Boulay (Donald); his siblings' children, Paula Dawson, Pamela Sgueglia, Brian Boulay (Diana), Christopher Boulay (Amy) and Virginia Pelley; his siblings, Pelley, III and Calling; and also Lillian E. Pelley (Clough). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
