He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles A. McDowell, Sr. and Jo-Ann Caffey McDowell; his children, Justin C. McDowell (Marilyn) of East Providence and Jo-Ann Marie McDowell of East Providence; his grandchildren, Kennedy McDowell, Harmonie McDowell and Jayce McDowell; and his sisters, Kim McDowell-Neil, Daria G. McDowell and Daria Brayboy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
