He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Carney, Sr. and Angelina Carney (Olivieri); and his siblings, Patrick S. Carney and Thomas H. Carney, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Barreira (Angelo) of Rehoboth, John Carney (Linda) of Foster and Raymond Carney of Riverside; and his half-sister Christine Benevides (David) of Bristol. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
