He is survived by: his wife Emilia "Emily" Tanguay (Andrade); his children, Teresa "Terri" Lonergan (Jay) and Edward L. Tanguay, Jr. (Kelli); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Hayley, Tommy, Emily, Madeleine and Marielle; his sisters, Loretta Bowen, Teresa Leamy, Lorraine Paiva (Robert), Betty Payette (Joseph), Virginia Tanguay, Linda Tanguay and Margaret Smith; and his sisters-in-law, Eleanor Tanguay and Gloria Tucker.
