She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert N. Ballou, Sr.; her parents, Manuel Costa and Dorothy Costa (Gardner); and her siblings, Lorraine Roomes, George, Manuel, Donald, Roland and Ellery Costa.
She is survived by: her children, Herbert N. Ballou, Jr. of East Providence and Kyle L. Ballou-Johns (Keith D. Johns) of Hamden, CT.; and her grandsons, Keith F. Johns and Kevin B. Johns.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
