Louise Massey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Louise Massey (East Providence, Rhode Island), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 9, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey H. Massey, Jr.; her parents, Joseph D. Ruel and Coranna Ruel (Richard); and her siblings, Joseph G. "Whitey" Ruel and Helen Doucet.
She is survived by: her children, Coventry, Edgar A. Massey of Pawtucket, Rochelle L. Kryla (Thaddeus "Ted") of Palm Bay, Vivian L. Cleary (James, Jr.) of Somerset, MA., Harvey D. Massey Sr., Gerald B. Massey and Phillip J. Massey. She is also survived by Her numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the Rebello Funeral Home & Crematory (901 Broadway, East Providence, RI 02914). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Aidans - St. Patrick Parish (1460 Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A committal service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery (153 Curran Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864).
