He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille Sullivan (O'Neil); and his parents, John Sullivan and Agnes Sullivan (McDonough). He is survived by: his children, Steven D. Sullivan of Sarasota, Florida, Susan A. Sullivan of Smithfield and Leslie A. Shattuck-Moore of East Providence; his brother Ronald Sullivan of Owensboro, KY; his grandchildren, Ryan Shattuck of East Providence, Rory Shattuck of East Providence, Jessica Shattuck of East Providence, Shannon Sullivan of Boston, MA and Patrick Sullivan of East Greenwich; and his great grandchildren, London and Desmond.
