He was predeceased by: his in-laws, Walter and Celia Dusza. He is survived by: his wife Gail Palumbo (Dusza); his children, Lisa Palumbo, Vincent Palumbo, Jr. and Andrew Palumbo; his grandchildren, Anthony, Cassidy and Sophia; and his great grandchild Gia.
