“I didn't know Wilma that well. She lived on the third floorr and I was on the second; however, whenever our paths crossed in the elevator or garage, I always found her to be lovely, with a quiet elegance. I always complimented on her hair which never looked out of place. I regret I missed the chance to get to know her better. Her passing came way too soon. We are all very sad here at Stratford Arms.
