He is survived by : his wife Nancy Forsythe (Bostrom); his daughters, Nicole Forsythe and Kendra Crotty; his siblings, Paul Forsythe (David Aylsworth) and Susan Forsythe; his granddaughters, Isabella Crotty and Emilia Crotty; and also Ryan Crotty.
