With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol H. Conrad of Glocester, Rhode Island, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 5, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Robert Siple; and her parents, Charles L. Hines and Mary R. Hines-Whetstone (Riley). She is survived by : her children, Robert L. Conrad of Warren, VT, Susan C. Johnson of Dandridge, TN and Casey Conrad of Narragansett, RI.; her grandchildren, Joshua Conrad, Cameron Johnson, Christy Conrad and Kaitlin Johnson; and her great grandchild Tezza Gaia Conrad.

In lieu of any flowers, Carol asked that any support to the family be done by way of a donation to Animal Rescue RI, PO Box 458, Wakefield, RI 02880.
