It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen L. Carney of Greenville, Rhode Island, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Leon J. Carney; and her parents, Lester L. Phillips and Ellen M. Phillips (Anderson). She is survived by : her children, Timothy A. Carney (Peter Cluff) of Los Angeles, CA, Lynne S. Carney of Woonsocket and Ellen C. White (Andy) of Bristol; and her siblings, Ruth Mercurio (Ethel Cahoon), Ella Sherman, Lester J. Phillips, Jr. and Robert H. Phillips (William A. Phillips). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Greenville Baptist Church Scholarship Fund or Crossroads RI will be appreciated.
