He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephat Maynard and Yvonne Maynard (Cardin). He is survived by: his wife Carol Maynard, RN (Moffitt); his children, Timothy (Denise) of St. Louis, MO, Kristen Noonan of Warwick and Kevin (Kathleen) of Chevy Chase, MD.; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, John Maynard, Sean, Catherine Noonan, Maggie, Mollie and Emma Maynard.
Due to COVID-19, his funeral and burial will be private.
