It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Koster C. Richard of Jamestown, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 15, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, H. William Koster and Margaret Koster (Knowles); and his brothers, H. William Koster Jr. and John Knowles Koster. He is survived by : his wife Jane Koster (Woods); his children, Kimberly Olivier (Robert), Rick Koster and Kathleen Koster; and his grandchildren, Michael, David and Jennifer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
