He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bianco and Assunta Bianco (Capraro). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bianco (Paliotta); his daughter Susan McNeil (Richard); and his grandchildren, Richard Anthony McNeil and Emily Elizabeth McNeil.
