It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Armando Solitro of Johnston, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Solitro (Correia); his parents, Michael Solitro and Francesca Solitro (Ceglia); his son Steven Solitro of North Providence; and his brother Pasquale Solitro.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Solitro (Anne) of Manchester, NH, Sandra Solitro of Johnston, Linda Broccoli (Henry) of Cranston, Lucy Potter (Dan) of Hampton, NH and Anthony Solitro (Martha) of Warwick; and his siblings, Michael Solitro of Johnston, Dolly Rossi of Cranston, George Solitro and Lawrence Solitro. He is also survived by six children, eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
