He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel E. Mazzulla, Sr. and Ann Mazzulla (Pezzucco). He is survived by: his children, Joseph Mazzulla (Camai), Gianna Mazzulla and Justin Mazzulla; his grandchildren, Jaziah Mazzulla, Michael Harden and Emmanuel Mazzulla; and his siblings, Lois Marandola, Anthony Mazzulla, Michael Mazzulla, Lori Cardillo, Donna Mazzulla, David Mazzulla and Kristen Mazzulla. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
