He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Bonaventure (Dorio); his parents, Leo Bonaventure and Rose Bonaventure (Daniel); his son Peter; and his brothers, Leo Bonaventure Jr. and Robert Bonaventure.
He is survived by: his children, Paul (Jeanine) of Middlebury, CT, Glen of St. Petersburg, FL, Michael (Rhonda) of Cranston and Lori Bruno of Johnston; and his siblings, Rose Giuntoli of Cranston, Margaret Paolino (William) of Foxboro, MA and Ernest Bonaventure (Mary) of Scituate, RI. He is also survived by seven grandchildren who will miss their Papa.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
