He is survived by: his wife Thelma Drowne (Folco); his children, Frank, Joseph Drowne, Donna Carpentieri (Joseph Carpentieri, Sr.) and Toni Drowne (Aaron Cole); his grandchildren, Stephanie Carpentieri, Carissa Carpentieri and Hanna Drowne; his great grandchild Joella Carpentieri; and his brothers, John Drowne and George Cartier.
