With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick A. Kanakry of Johnston, Rhode Island, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 18, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kanakry and Eugenie Kanakry (Dyck); his brother Samuel Kanakry Jr. (Gloria); and his father-in-law Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Doris Kanakry (Lynch); his daughter Jennifer Faria (Tony); his grandchildren, Jacob Faria (Shonna Carlson) and Kathryn Faria; his brothers, John Kanakry (Elva) and Michael Kanakry (Joanne); his siblings-in-law, Richard and Marge White; and his mother-in-law Elizabeth Lynch (Bessie Rodina). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
