He was predeceased by: his father Gerald L. Bosworth Sr. Gary; and his sisters, Tina Lee Voyer and Debbie Ferrante. He is survived by: his mother Lenorea Bosworth (Silviera); his wife Lisa A. Bergevine (Valletta); his children, Billy Melvin Jr. and Aleesha M. Howe; his brother Gerald Bergevine Jr.; his parents-in-law, Edmond and Marie Messier; and his grandson Jaxson Timothy Howe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
