He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander McNamee and Mary McNamee (Coningford); and his sister Eleanor Carrol. He is survived by: his sons, George A. McNamee (Stacyann) of Greenville and Richard G. McNamee of Johnston; his siblings, Alfred "Lefty" McNamee, Esther Ramaglia, Evelyn Bates, Joan Kabbas, Beverly McNamee, Helen Andrews, Ethel Arpin, June Keenan, Mildred Josephson, Jean Roccio, Thomas McNamee and Raymond McNamee; his grandchildren, Scott McNamee, Jacqueline McNamee and Stephanie Hebert (Curren); and his great grandchild Alaya McNamee.
