He was predeceased by: his wife Beatrice H. Codagnone (Massey); his parents, Luigi Codagnone and Antonetta Codagnone (Palma); his daughter Evelyn Levesque; and his sister Norma Codagnone.
He is survived by: his close friend Teresa Saravo of Johnston; his children, Thomas O'Malley (Donna) of East Providence and Don O'Malley of Arkansas; his son-in-law Robert Levesque of Pawtucket; his grandchildren, Michael Levesque (Michelle) of Uxbridge, MA, Kimberly Lisi (Gregory) of Cranston, Brendan O'Malley (Angel) of North Carolina and Alison O'Malley (Alex Boeglin) of Andover, MA; and his great grandchildren, Zachary, Gabrielle Lisi, Hunter and Corey Levesque.
