He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan De Dios Patino and Alicia Barrientos; and his brother Javier Patino. He is survived by: his wife Lilian Del Carmen Giraldo of Colombia; his children, Michael Patino of Cranston, Angie Patino-Orellana of Johnston and Stephen Patino of Johnston; his grandchildren, Jaxson Orellana and Jazlyn Oliver; and his sister Martha Jaramillo.
