With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Fahey of Johnston, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 28, 2021 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Fahey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fahey and Jeanne Fahey (Dubuc); and his brother Robert Fahey. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Michael (Zuzana Fahey) of Union, CT, Kevin (Maureen Fahey) of Topsham, VT and Jonathan (Roberta Fahey) of Pomfret, CT; his grandchildren, John, Robert, Mark, Michael, Christopher, Cristian, Siera and Ashley Fahey; his great grandchild Oliver; and his sisters, Claire Mahoney, Eileen Anderson and Jeanne Fargnoli. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Social distancing and capacity limits will be observed and masks will be required.
