He is survived by: his children, Dawn M. Moshier (Robert) and Louis H. Barker, III (Melissa); his grandchildren, Courtney, Christopher Moshier, Bethany Miller, Bradley Barker and Tori Roberts; his great grandchild Irelynn Grace Miller; his siblings, Daniel Barker, Louise Dewey and Mary McBride; his siblings-in-law, Marilynn Barker, Kenneth Smith and Charles McBride; and also, Tracey Miller, Alice Ventry and Peter McCaw.
