She was predeceased by: her spouse Rudolph LaChapelle; her parent John Tella; her child Anna Accetturo; her grandchild Michael Accetturo; and her sibling Florine Fuoco.
She is survived by: her parent Rose Tella (Iannuccilli); her children, Marie Accetturo and John S. LaChapelle of Johnston; her grandchildren, David Accetturo, Joseph Accetturo, Brad Accetturo and Micaela Accetturo; her great grandchildren, Brianna, Madison, Isabella, Giavanna, Arianna, Michael, Mia and Sophia; and her siblings, Daniel Tella of North Providence, Anna Trudeau of Millberry, Dorothy Gelfuso and Evelyn Gesualdi.
