George J. Lacouture Jr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George J. Lacouture Jr. of Lincoln, Rhode Island, born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on May 13, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Heather Taryn Lacouture; his brother Thomas Lacouture; and his parents, George J. Lacouture and Marietta Lacouture Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Bradford Lacouture (Rebecca) of Needham, MA and Meaghan Paliotta (Joseph) of Seekonk, MA; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Braxton Lacouture and Maeve Paliotta; his siblings, Donna Gaudreau of Arizona, Joseph [Jay] Lacouture (Patricia) of Carolina, RI and John Lacouture of Arden, NC; and his sister-in-law Ruth Lacouture.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church (120 Nate Whipple Hwy, Cumberland, RI 02864).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Emmanual Episcopal Church Capital Fund or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
